Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose

The man who coined the slogan "GIVE ME BLOOD,AND I WILL GIVE YOU FREEDOM"was Subhash Chandra Bose.Subhash Chandra Bose popularly known as Netaji was born on January 23,1897.He had his Schooling at Cuttack.After completing school education he joined in presidency college in Kolkata.There after his father sent him to England to appear in the Indian Civil Service Examination.He passed the Examination but refused to serve the British Government.Then Subhash Chandra Bose joined into the freedom struggle and joined in Indian national Congress.During the freedom struggle he imprisoned several times for his revolutionary activities.he was twice elected as the president of Indian national Congress.In 1943,he formed the Indian national Army.In 1945,Indian National Army attacked india from the North East side but was defeated in the end.Subhash Chandra Bose escaped but died in an air accident in 1945.In 1992,the Indian Government conferred him the title of BHARAT RATNA
